		<description>I totally agree with you on the &quot;below them&quot; comment.  Although I&#039;m a big ActionScript guy.  I use html EVERY SINGLE DAY.  I take pride in writing good clean code. There&#039;s a craftsmanship there that I really respect and I rather enjoy.  Passing it off to the &quot;new guy&quot; or letting dreamweaver handle it makes me ill.  

 Too many people say they know HTML and CSS but only practice it on a cursory level.  In the same way people who cut out bad photographs say they know Photoshop; or even worse,  claim they are a designer.</description>
